This graphic shows a new model of sharing political power in not three but four powers, the Legislative, the Executive, the Jurisdiction, and a new 4th power, the Consultative which includes Citizens Assemblies on European level and below. Additionally it suggests to organize political decison making no longer in nations but in Solidly united Cities and Regions.
